Here is a list of credentials/documents jambites should get readily available as they anticipate the announcement of the post utme/screening forms of their respect institutions
1.JAMB ORIGINAL RESULT SLIP
2. O'LEVEL RESULT SLIP (WAEC, GCE, NECO, JUPEB, etc)
3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
4. PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHS (you should have at least 15)
5. CERTIFICATE OF STATE OF ORIGIN
6. SCHOOLS LEAVING CERTIFICATE/TESTIMONIALS
NOTE:institutions might not require of all these but 98% of institutions would ask for it
